Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026. Plain-language summary of what we collect and why.

Who we are

Guild Raven is an independent tool that creates live public pages for World of Warcraft guilds. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Blizzard Entertainment.

What we collect

When you sign in with Battle.net, Blizzard shares, with your permission, your Battle.net account ID, your BattleTag, your region, and a list of your characters (name, realm, class, level). You sign in on Blizzard's own page; we never receive your Battle.net password.

For guilds listed on Guild Raven we also read public game data from Blizzard's official API, roster, ranks, progression, and ratings. This is the same public information shown in-game and on the Armory.

If you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are handled by Stripe. We store your plan and Stripe identifiers; we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To confirm you hold the guild-master rank when you claim a guild, to build and keep your public page up to date, to show the guilds your characters belong to, and to power the directory and other features.

Cookies

We use a single encrypted, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and we don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: Convex (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Blizzard's API (the source of game data).

Public information

Guild pages are public by design, they display public game data so recruits and players can find you. You can hide your page from your dashboard, or ask us to remove it entirely.

Keeping or deleting your data

You can hide your guild page any time in Settings. To delete your guild page or your account and associated data, email support@guildraven.com and we'll action it.
